How do I control which links show on my main_page=sitemap ?

Hi...

is there a way via the Admin to remove pages such as

* Music
* Documents
* Mixed Product Types

* Advanced Search
* New Products
* Specials
* Page 1

ETC..... from the site map in ZC

or is it a code hack?... if so, which file(s). I have used the Developers Tool Kit but didnt get very far.

Or is there and Add On that can help?
