Changing the photo image for customers

I recently restricted my store to customer that need my approval to browse. Presently There is a construction site 2' x 2 ' image that comes up. I would like to change the photo to a 6 " x 6" custom image. Where would I go in my zencart to change that image?

If your site is currently set to under maintenance, the image to replace is includes/templates/template_default/images/down_for_maintenance.gif.

Do remember to use the Override System to make your changes. More examples of Template overrides can be found in the Tutorials/FAQs section. For example, this article will get you started.

My site is not set to maintenance. ITs active. I disabled the store so no one can see the products thats all. I can not find the appropriate place to change the image that comes up when a customer send a request to view the store.

You mean an image that appears in an "email" or in the "store itself" when a customer sends a request to view your store?

Perhaps you can attach the image you see here so I can have an idea of what you mean?

What you can also try is to look for the image under the "/images" folder or the "includes/templates/<template-name>/images" folders.

If that still does not help, pls provide your settings for the following fields under Configuration > Customer Details?

• Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices
• Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending
  Furthermore, what is your Zen Cart version and do you have other mods/templates installed for your store?
