Erro after installing Auspost V3.02 - 1146 Table zen_geo_zones' doesn't exist

Hello,

I currently have an issue that occurred after I installed the old Auspost mod.

In Admin --> Localisation --> Zone Definitions, it has the error message:

1146 Table 'ironboy_zc1.zen_geo_zones' doesn't exist
in:
[select count(*) as total from zen_geo_zones]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

And when I try to create a new product, it produces a blank space (where I normally would be able to create my product).

The admin debugging tool doesn't produce anything in the cache folder.

And in the source code for the 'create new products' page, it has the following at the bottom:

Does anyone know a fix for this - I would be happy just to get rid of the Auspost mod if it will fix the issue.

Does anyone know how to delete it totally?
