autoclick usps click-n-ship button missing?

Hi Everyone,
I downloaded and installed the autofill click-n-ship. I updated my info in the admin/configuration/autofill click-n-ship.

I created a test order and went to the order page but there is no click-n-ship button.

What did I do wrong?
