Store Pick Up Module - I'm a little embarrassed...

Hey Guys, I'm a little embarrassed on this one, but I can't seem to set up the "storepickup" module to green light. It's stuck on yellow light and I can't seem to get it to green light. Therefore, I can't get it set up as a shipping option to buyers.

Any help?:shocking:

As a first step, I'd suggest:
a) click on "Remove" to de-install the module
b) then click "Install" to activate it again with its default settings
