change hosting for zen cart

Hi All,

I have Zen Cart version 1.3.5 installed, now i want to change the hosted server for same, i have done some modification to origial Zen Cart version. Will those modifications retain while migrating from one server to another? Shall i need to reinstall Zen Cart again?
