A new client wamts an ecommerce site,

I have a new client who wants a ecommerce site set up for him, I am considering using Zen Cart. His needs are the following,

  1. Live auctioning
  2. Shopping
  3. PayPal integration
  4. Google checkout,
  5. Bill me later
  6. Fedex shipping module
  7. Ad Management control Panel

My question is can this all be done with Zen Cart? If it can and someone who developed Zen Cart would like to work on it with me I can give a percentage of my pay to either the Zen Cart Project or to the individual. PM me if your interested, But please let me know if ZC has all of these functions he needs.
