cannot add pictures to categories without losing entire category
I've been using ZenCart for quite a while, and have never had this problem.
I just used EasyPopulate to add a new category of products to my store. However, I went to add the picture, I typed in the picture filename (I also tried the Upload to Directory option) and after a few minutes of "thinking," the Categories/Products page reappeared, except the entire category I had just tried to update had disappeared.
I'm not sure what could possibly be wrong, I've never had this problem before. VERY frustrating.
I've reuploaded the EasyPopulate file multiple times to get the category back, but the same problem keeps happening...... any ideas?
