index.php english file not included?

Hi,

I'm facing a strange problem, on home page and some other, the customer greetings appear properly. On some pages its just TEXT_GREETING_GUEST for guest and TEXT_GREETING_PERSONAL for logged on user.

Following is fine:

Problem is on so many others like this one:

Not able to figure out what is wrong, please help.
