large images show just a red X with Click Here To Close

OK I read the tutorial and I am close but I seem to be missing something.

When I set the images up the extras show up fine on the product page and the click to enlarge works on the main image but not on the extra ones.

Have not made any changes to the site other than security patches and I added a template. I did try going back to the default template but that did not change anything.

Setup info

3 images in the main /images folder

GS81122_Adobe.jpg
GS81122_Adobe_02.jpg
GS81122_Adobe_04.jpg

3 images in the images/large folder

GS81122_Adobe_LRG.jpg
GS81122_Adobe_02_LRG.jpg
GS81122_Adobe_04_LRG.jpg

When I click on the main image the larger image comes up and looking at the properties it seems to be coming from the correct folder

/production/images/large/GS81122_Adobe_LRG.jpg

When I click on the extra images I get the red cross with the click image to close text and the properties shows

/production/images

I am able to access the images in the large folder directly via my browser.

I honestly do not see any difference between the way I have the primary image setup and the extra images.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks
