Importing customer e-mail addresses

Hoping to launch my new zencart website soon and will want to send a newsletter to all my past customers. How can I import a list of names and e-mails into my customer database so I can do this?

Any expert help would be much appreciated.

Check out the Free Software Add Ons tab above for Add Customers through admin - the latest version by bunyip works perfectly!
