Contact Page issue and adding to cart issue...

I hope this is the correct catagory to post this in

  • Verision = Zen Cart 1.3.8a
  • This is a fresh install, not an upgrade.
  • The only add on I have installed was the Authorize.net and
    Geotrust mod.
  • I have installed a template
  • website url https://www.iwearsunglassesshop.com/ec

Alright here it goes... When trying to test the contact page I entered in a correct email, name and message and when I submit the message I get these three errors:

The next issue is that when I try to add a product to the shopping cart, it says your shopping cart is empty.

Now here are some configurations that I have done to the site.

  • Email configugration in the backend

  • enabled SSL:
    /includes/config.php file -

/admin/includes/config.php file -

  • I have Authorized.net AIM configured in test mode ( not completely sure if AIM is what I need to be using or if I need to use SIM)

If someone could please help that would be great. Let me know if you need any more information and you can go tot he link above to check the site for your self if you would like. I would appreciate any and all help.

Re: Contact Page issue and adding to cart issue...

  1. Your webiste automatically redirects me to the secure page https://www.iwearsunglassesshop.com, However the contact for send the information to the non-secure site http://www.iwearsunglassesshop.com which is redirected to the secure site and without the information you just entered.

Have you set a 301 redirect in the .htaccess? If you want this behaviour, set the HTTP_SERVER to 'https://www.......'

Otherwise remove the redirect and it should work fine. Same thing should cause the problem with add to shopping cart.
