Credit Card Second Email - problem since changing servers

Hello
For some reason I am not getting the second email with the credit card information. I process my credit cards manually.

  1. I have checked and rechecked the email address in the payment module
  2. I have sent an email to that email address and receive it.

Is there anywhere I can go to recover the rest of the credit card info?

Is there a file I need to check to make sure the coding is correct? If so please lead me there.

I am running Zen Cart 1.3.8a with the patch

I just recently moved my site from one server to another.

Please help me as I have one order right now without a complete credit card info!

TIA
Mona

I just recently moved my site from one server to another. And what happened when you did a test transaction of your own on the new server? Did you get the emails you expected for that transaction?

You'll have to contact the customer for that information.
There is no way of retrieving it otherwise.

Re: Credit Card Second Email - problem since changing servers

Just wanted to update this.

I still have problems receiving order emails but have found out that it could be a problem between the server - BlueHost and the email account I am forwarding to - Yahoo.

I have set up a gmail account and having every email forwarded there as well. Yahoo is still blocking some of the 'secure order" emails even though I changed the subject line. Gmail always receives them in a timely manner.

Plus I am getting a ton of spam with my "sales @ " address so any suggestions on a better _______ @ for my contact info would be helpful.

Thanks again
Mona
