ez pages not updateing

I want to change my shipping and returns policy but when ever i do it its not updateing on the website.

I think im using ez pages (it has the important links side box). Iv tryed using tools/define pages editor but no luck.

is there some thing im missing or where is the file in the located in the public html so i can do it manualy.

I also want to change the conditions page but that doesnt work either.

Any help much appreciated

Those are define pages, and not EZ pages, so the Define Pages Editor should work. You probably don't have the permissions for those folders set as writable. They are in includes/languages/english/html_includes, and would be saved to includes/languages/english/html_includes/YOUR_TEMPLATE
