Rollover buttons not appearing

I have a navbar with a set of HTML, JS rollover buttons that do not appear when the page loads. They appear in the source code, but not on the actual page.

I have the js file attached as jscript_rollovers.js in the jscript folder and i have the html right in the header.

Any suggestions,

sorry for the waste of a post, i just had my image links set wrong.
