Payment & Checkout - How to remove certain elements?

I would like to remove the option to have the product delivered (shipping).

I would like to remove "Check or Money Order" and "Credit Card" from my payment list, leaving only PayPal.

How do I do these?

Individually set all your products to have Free Shipping.
