Does "Invoice by SCOTT WILSON" work with 1.3.8a?

does Invoice by SCOTT WILSON

work with 1.3.8a (patched)?

i only ask because the last add-on i tried designed for pre1.3.8a didnt work at all! in fact it buggered things up badly!! hurray for backups eh! ;-)

anyways.. is it a 'Yes.. go for it' or 'No.. youre out of luck' type of answer..

LOL... it is true that your stuff is safe with the updates I have done over the years... :cool: not many others can just be dragged/dropped into a new install and ready to roll!!

I recently updated one of my very-customized-by-you cart and had ZERO problems related to your stuff. Still trying to work out some other tweaks... LOL :blink:

I have a small problem with Invoice.

I run multi-site module, and it works on one site (ie main), but I get a blank screen on the second site on page - index.php?main_page=checkout_payment

Unfortunatly I cant see the .log file from the error log generator, as I dont have permissions for it to report the php errors etc.

I don't know of any specific interoperability issues between Invoice and Multi-site but you may have found the first one.

bit of a wierd one this...

Installed 139b, added Invoice as the only mod...

all settings are correct,
all customers are set up on the same terms
all customers are UK based
Invoice is the only method of payment allowed

yet some customers get the option to pay by Invoice and others get the warning "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

it seems to be pot luck which customer can or cannot pay by invoice.. installed other payment mod and they work fine...

someone please help! :frusty:

There is a rule that you must mark customers as being able to pay by invoice by adding them to a pricing group whose name with the string "invoice." Are you doing this?

Hi swguy.. yep.... they're all on Invoice at 0%

Install Master Password, login to the account of a customer who is having problems, and figure out what's going on inside the Invoice module that is preventing it from appearing as a payment option.
