Installed 1.3.8 via Fantastico from my Cpanel from my host.
added theme gloss black tweaked some settings on the width but my problem lies with a blank area.
I adjusted column width and even turned off the global column setting the text is still aligned right and limited. If I have this in the wrong section direct me to the right one its my first post.

Problem is shown in a pink box in the SS
