catagories not deleting and can not change template

I think i have broken it but in my amin area i can not delete or add catagories or sub catagories.

I also can not change my template from ######## pink to anything.

I also can not change the contents of Ez Pages.

When ever I try to do any of these it just takes me to the page you see when you first log in

Not sure if there are any other problems but this doesnt feel good.

Sounds like you have the latest Zen Cart security patch installed, but that the admin/includes/html_output.php file wasn't properly replaced during the patching.
