Couldn't find constant MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_INSURANCE_ZONE_8

I've been using enable_error_logging.php and in the log I get the following error.

This is unrelated to the error I was having before (which is now fixed).

Do you know what this could be? Is it anything to worry about?

It looks like you've added some sort of MOD that either has a bug or is incompletely configured.

Thanks swguy! How would I track down the mod?

My first instinct would be to go to admin and look under Modules/Order Total. See if there's an "Insurance" order total module you can uninstall.
