Can I easily move changes to the override system

Hi, I am doing my first cart and felt a little overwhelmed at the start and so made changes to master documents instead of using the override system.

I would much appreciate it if anyone can tell me if there is an easy way to move these configurations over to the template system (IE. do I just have to make copies of the files.

Just make copies of the files you've edited, and place them in your override folders.

do I just have to make copies of the files.
I suggest that as you do this you make a list of the files & where/path that were changed.
When done - load default copies from a fresh distribution to replace the core versions
