Payments - Protex Form - Missing from ZC Admin

Hi,

I have a payment module installed that interfaces with protex to take online payments. This has been working fine for some time but I have noticed that occasionally Zen-Carts is missing customer orders.

I can see the customer in the customer account area but their order is no where to be found in the orders area even though I get a payment authentication email from protex stating that the order was successfully processed.

I think the problem is that I don't fully understand the process behind the payment module so maybe somebody can help?
