Adding description to Also Purchased, Recommended Items etc

Hello,

How do I add description to "Also Purchased" products and "Recommended" (using x-sell) products? I managed to get descriptions to show for featured products in the main page. Does "Also Purchased" work in the same way?

Thanks...
