How do I display "Page 2"?

How do I display "Page 2"?

What I did are:
1.Configuration > Define Page Status ,changed "Define Page 2" value to "1"
2.Tools > Layout Controller Boxes, "sideboxes/ezpages.php" is "ON LEFT 0 0 ON"
3.Configuration > EZ-Pages Settings,"EZ-Pages Display Status – Sidebox" is "1"

I can't see it on the pages.

Do you have a custom template? Does the box appear if you switch to the Classic template?

Turn on the sideboxes/more_information.php and then you will see the pages.

Sorry,
I wanna "page 2"("Refund, Return & Warranty Policy" on my page) appears in the "infomation" block instead of " more infomation" block.
How do I do it?

With some difficulty. The Information box contains links to the default define pages, and the More Information box contains links to EZ pages. I guess you could rework the text in a define page you aren't using for your Refund page.
