Missing Product Pages

Yesterday my site died, not much more to say about that.
I pay for daily backup by my host (bloody glad I took that option)!!
The site was restored (kind of), I was then left with a database issue where my admin login page would not display at - a db error - fixed by deleting my user account from the DB and renewing it - don't ask why that worked, I am no genius.

My last remaining problem - if you go to my site, and look at any category from the products menu all looks fine, but if you click on any product, I used to see a product page displaying just that one item. Now all I get is a totally blank browser - no error, no nuffin!!

Does anybody have any idea what could be the cause of that?

If I use the admin and look at the product description all is there, including a few product shots I use, I have tried re-saving the pages, and even changing them to try to force them to redraw. I have loads of products and really do not want to delete each on and redo them all.

Please help me, my head hurts :frusty:

Ok the problem is worse than I thought.

If I add a New Category it displays just fine, and says it is empty as it should.

However, if I add a product, and then try to return to the new category even the category page is then blank.

I have also tried moving products, and copying them.

So now I can't add new products or Categories, and my old ones will not display properly ... but I still Love Zen Cart!!

Run the utility mentioned here and post the results from the log.

The problem in your second post is the same as the first. By default, if you only have one product in a category, when you choose that category, it goes right to the product info page, which is the page you're having triouble with.

I have no need to post the error log, it was obvious as soon as I opened one what the problem was. Between the site crash and the restoration of same, one of my add-ons was patially missing. I guess the sql script for it was still loaded, but all the php files were missing (fual-lightbox). I just restored the php files and - BINGO!!

You know the odd thing, I had used the debugging tool before, but had then forgotten about it ... again thanks for the memory jog!!!

Now THAT is why I love Zen Cart - no matter what problem I have, I just post it here, and somebody ALWAYS helps!!!
