Moving Discount Coupon Form to another page

Hi,

I want to move the discount coupon form that is on the Checkout payment page to the shopping cart page.

I have found where abouts in the code where i need to move it too but when i do it and save the changes, the fieldset that it is in shows but the content for it doesnt!

Can anyone help me with this please?

Anyone developed a module for applying discount coupons on the shopping cart page?
