Need help with IE Peekaboo Bug

I had an issue with my store showing up correctly in IE7 and yesterday I discovered (thanks to ZC forums!) that the error was the annoying IE peekaboo bug.

I googled IE Peekaboo bug and the ZC forums showed up in the results so I clicked on it and it lead to a thread that gave a suggestion on how to fix it. I followed the suggestion and it fixed it!

Now my only problem is trying to figure out a way to get the same styling effect on my store to show in IE with different CSS code.

Here is the code that was causing the IE Peekaboo bug (IE7) for me:

#navCatTabsWrapper {
	/*background-color: #eeeeee;/*ffffff 606060 eaeaea #### THIS SEEMS TO BE THE CAUSE OF MY IE PEEKABOO BUG - KEEP COMMENTED OUT UNTIL I LEARN WHAT TO DO*/
	color: #00008b;/*9a9a9a 606060*/
	background-image:none;
	}

Can anyone give me a suggestion as to how to get that background color to display in my navCatTabsWrapper w/o causing the IE Peekaboo bug to happen.

I do have my navCatTabs links aligned to the left and there is some space to the right that currently shows as white and I want it to be the color #eeeeee

Thanks in advance.

I do believe that IE7 and greater are no longer affected by the Peek a Boo bug but here is a good Tutorial on fixing that kind of problem.
