We want to charge 15% VAT on all goods to all countries.. We have installed addon "Include and Exclude Tax in Prices (Nett/Gross)" which just displays including and excluding vat prices.
When the store is viewed as a guest everything looks fine, all products are shown with both excluding and including VAT prices.
When (any) customer logs in, the prices change so that excluding and including VAT prices are the same, when in actual fact the price shown is the excluding VAT price.
This both happens on the product page, and in the shopping cart.
Any suggestions welcome
