SSL graphic on site?

I've searched the forum on this, but can't find anything. I have a button to put on my site that indicates my site has SSL.

Does anyone know how to put it into my code and any suggestions where I'd put it? (sidebar? by the shopping cart button? ??)

What SSL do you have?

Do a search for your SSL name and mod in the search button field.. if no luck do it in google.

There are a few mods for this available.

You can use:

1. sidebox - see free add-ons/sideboxes for several options
2. you can put it on your main page (define_mail_page)
3. or in your footer (includes/templates/your template/common/tpl_footer.com).

I personally use the footer for payment logos, ssl and pci certification. Everything is all together down there.

Make sure you use the https links to the image(s). This tip thanks to Schoolboy.

I’ve never tried it without SSL.But since it ultimately must work with SSL, a test without SSL wouldn’t mean much. wink So I’d wait til you get your SSL cert going before trying a test.
