How to change the Salutation font size?

Using ZC 1.3.8a -

When sending emails from Admin, Tools, Send Email to Customers:

The salutation reads "Dear Joe Smith" as an example.

  1. The font size is too small (I think it is font size="1"). I would like it to be the next size larger.

  2. There is no comma or colon after the person's name. This looks unprofessional to me. I want to be able to place punctuation after the person's name.

Any idea where I can make these changes?
