security warning on header - but permissions are correct?

After a php/apache upgrade to my server, I am suddenly seeing the "potential security risk" warning at the top of my zen cart site. However, permissions are correctly set on both configure.php files (in includes and includes/admin) to 644.

What am I missing?

Excellent! THANK YOU! It wouldn't take 444 at first, but got it to stick via cpanel!

Glad that helped

Some hosts have a problem with allowing FTP to set such restrictive permissions.

If you have shell access to your site, you can also use a command like:

chmod 444 /includes/configure.php

to do it very quickly.
