Adding new fields in order page

Hello,
I am in need of urgent help.
This is the issue.
I am about to install zencart
what i need is that once a product is selected, i need to give my customer space to add custom text.
like once the order is being filled in in the order page, i wish them to add few more information like

• Custom message
• recepient name
• Add multiple shipping address
• to be delivered on

this should be given to be in admin along with the order made so that i can ship the product to these shipping address with custom message on the product.

Is there any way i can do this? please guide.

I had seen this tread yesterday and i am trying to work on this, but i was not sure that how can i make this mandatory as these field should be filled by the customer before the payment transaction is made.

Secondly i was trying to understand this attributes needs to be lined with the products one at a time. Is there a way we can apply it to all products by default?

Is this possible?
