Installing new zen template

Installing new zen template

need help!! I have tried several different ways, follwed instructions to the letter, to install a different zen template. I have even put in a support ticket to my host, They have tried witout success. Does anyone know how and to install? i installed in my cpanel files, then logged into my zen admin, but the new templated never shows, only the original.

If you don't have a FTP program, get one. Filezilla is a good, open source progarm that will work. Then use the ftp program to upload your template files to your site instead of cPanel.

I didnt think of that, I use an FTP on my other site, that i use cubecart.
