Step 2 of 3: Payment Information Displayed

Currently attempting to help a client that has 2 ZenCart installations. Both running somewhat smoothly although one provides a breakdown of the

Sub-tota;
USPS shipping amount
Sales Tax
Total

The other does not.

How do I provide the site with this break down in the check out?

That stuff is set in Admin - Modules - Order Totals

All but the COD is marked as "active" and still not seeing this breakdown. Is there a setting on the product itself or in the MyStore area that I might be missing?
