Shipping only to certain countries

How do set up the shipping only to certain countries?

& How to set such shipping free if need to?

Found the answer myself:

  1. Defined the zones with selection of country.

  2. Selection the zone in the coupon.

Still two major questions remain:

  1. Cannot select multiple countries?

  2. Cannot exclude some areas, such as Puerto Rico, or AFO?
