Donations With Free Shipping Aren't Being Processed for payment

Hello All,

I am working on a site that is using Zen Cart as its shopping cart. Everything was working great until they recently decided to implement the donations feature on their site. Now when you go to checkout with a donation being your purchase it is not processed. Their credit card processing company does not see any sort of action coming across on their side. The donations are setup as a "Category" right now.

I have never dealt with Zen Cart before. Is there something simple that I missing in order to get the donations working on this site? I suspect that it has something to do with the fact that the items marked as donations don't have any shipping weight assigned to them but I am not sure. If anyone can provide any help or support in this matter I would greatly appreciate it.

This is the site. I have no idea how this is setup. I am just a technician for an Web hosting company/ ISP that they just called in and said that the "donations" aren't working that they just setup.

Anywhere I can look would be helpful.

Fix those before going any further with your site ...

What makes you think that the site has been hacked?

I can see signs of it such as your Record Company box has 0 values in it ...

This means you should stop and address the issues on your site concerning Hacks and Security Issues to prevent these from happening ...

You need to clean up hacked files, added hacker files and the database ...
