delete zc_install older...??

For security reasons ,zencart advises to not only rename the zc_install folder but also to delete it.

I don't know much about sql databases ,but I do know this is (zc_install folder) where the sql data is stored in.
If I delete this folder won't there be a problem than??
Or is the sql data also stored in some other folder?

I believe the sql data in the install folder is to populate the database with the demo products (very helpful by the way).

Your shop's data is not stored in the zc_install folder at all. It is very safe (and you will receive warning notices until you do) to delete this folder once you have completed your install.

All of your data is stored in your database, not in the files in your Zen Cart installation.
