Help text/content dissapeared after security recommendations

hi,
I 've implemented the security recommendations that you can find here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=73

But now If I acces my home page the content/text has dissapeared

If I try to acces my main page in admin /tools/ define pages editor,

I get this message:

File does not exist: /home/a8033afr/public_html/includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_main_page.php

Also something strange is that my define maine page.php file has become empty in my local folder, but still has content in it on my remote server..??

That means you've set the permissions on your define-page files too low.

That would be something you did yourself.

If I put my html files on 777 ,the textcomes back to my shop, but when I put it on 644, he still says the file does not exist...

Having read the security recommendations I thought I had to put them on 644... but that way he can't find them...??

Now I 've set html includes and its submaps to 777 and it still can't find the page. So also my content does not appear on screen.

I only still want to point that both files are here in my Fillezilla program an I can open them manually ,so they are still their.:(
