Admin - User Levels

I am trying to find out if I can add user levels. I'm about to outsource product insertion/addition on my website, however, I'm not too excited about creating an administrative account that can see my merchant keys, and edit all of my setting, etc.:no:

I would like to know if there was a way I could simply create a user-level account that has access to only the product/catagory add and the attributes page.:yes:
