VAT MOD for EU Countries Support

Hi,

Hopefully somebody can help with this. I have the latest version of Zencart installed on my test site. I have just downloaded the VAT MOD for EU Countries latest version and performed the sql patch, then uploaded the files via FTP.

When logging into the admin section I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /home/a5424484/public_html/shop/admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/functions_vatmod.php on line 129

I have look at the file, but not being a PHP person I have no clue what is wrong.

Can anybody help? Has anyone else had this issue, I did a search on VAT MOD but got no results.
