Not recieving CC middle numbers

I have a weird problem it seems. When someone makes an order I get an instant mail with the order info and the credit card number w/o the numbers in the middle. I read and the understood that the middle numbers should come off in another email message. Unfortunately everything seems to be configured right but the email message with the characters in between isn't received. What should I do? I'm under the impression the email server is configured right since when someone makes an order, both him (the client) and I get the email message regarding the order so I don't know what to do really...

EDIT: Got it wrong at the first post. According to documentation I should be getting some of the cc number in the order recieved in the zencart admin and the rest of them in the email. Well what happens then is, I'm getting the same thing in both places. In both zen cart admin and my email I get the CC number with a few numbers and XXX in the middle. So this is exact issue.

Btw, according to the order it was a 15 digits american express card so there are 7 digits missing.

Ok nevermind, apparently it went to JUNK folder. Everythings good!
