'Multi Translate' language sideboxes HIGHLY RISKY

I've just experimented with using a Google Translate sidebox to take me through my shop from login to checkout.

The whole way through, up to and including the Paypal login page, Google Translate bypassed the SSL. If I had not been keeping my eye on the address bar I could have typed in my PayPal email address and password on a totally insecure page.

Have I overlooked something? Am I wrong about this, or are mulit-language translators extremely risky with Zen Cart?

Note to self: whenever you so much as dot an i or cross a t in ZenCart, check how it looks in all browsers. Until then it is not safe to think all is well!!!!
