Moved to new host, cannot connect to PayPal

Moved from GoDaddy to 24shells and since then I am getting 28 and 7 cannot connect errors. I originally thought it was the server, but they moved me to a server I have another install of ZC running (and working) on and it still didn't work.

I followed the steps as before, but I think there is something in the DB I imported that's causing the issue.

I set up a new ZC this morning, called it /test, and added the PP Express info, added a product, and then tested it. I was able to add it to my cart, click Checkout with PP, and it took me right to PP.

When I dumped the tables in the test DB and imported the working ones, it times out.

I was first led to this solution when I did a search for changed php files, and the only two that were modified after I ran the install were configure.php in both /includes and /admin/includes, so that told me that the issue must be stored in the DB somewhere, and I was right!

So, my question after all that is this, what tables do I need to import to get this working with all my products and configuration but not screw up PP Express?

Re: Moved to new host, cannot connect to PayPal

Problems like this can usually be solved be removing then re-installing the Payment Module. Before doing so though, make sure to copy your PayPal info as you will need to re-insert it.

Admin->Configuration->My Store->CURL PROXY STATUS ... turn it OFF.
