My Product Images Disappeared

Please forgive me if there is an answer to this questions somewhere. I can't find it, and after a couple of months of all zen-cart all the time, I'm feeling kinda feral. As soon as I fix one thing, something else goes berzerk. When will the game of whack-a-mole end?

This time, my product images just vanished. The image files are in place. The view images in the admin is set to YES. Permissions seem to be OK. Nothing has changed. I didn't touch anything or change my image files. They just stopped. Well, their "names" appear. It's not a broken image in firefox. It's just they the images have turned to text. In IE, the images are broken.

What should I try? Do I fix this in the db? What do I do? I can't even imagine what happened.

Are you sure the images are located where they supposed to be?

I looked at your collection of anal products and found that the image of the Finger Rammer ######## Plug Smoke is http://shop.tuntienterprises.com/images/stc_images/MC/TO0338-6.JPG

But in http://shop.tuntienterprises.com/images/stc_images/MC/ there is no such image but a lot of other images.

Check the image location for the product or check if you have deleted/ moved some images

Yikes! If I have only one image up on my site, I'm not sure I want it to be THAT. :blink:

I can't imagine what could have happened to my image files. They are right where I left them when they were working. I might have done that when I was trying to fix whatever went wrong.

Holy smoke. I have to say that my brain as completely gone on the fritz. I think I'll take down the images and try again. I am afraid to keep tinkering.

Oh just re-read your response and I misunderstood. I thought that that one image was showing for you... Sorry. I had really hit my threshold last night, and my brain shorted out completely. (seriously, i was in the middle of a tantrum when I posted).

So. Is there some reason why, if I haven't touched my image files, or redefined any paths, or changed my products, that my products can't find their images?

And, how do I fix this? How do I find out what my products are pointing to, and either move my images there, or re-direct the path?
