website not displaying when typed brower

I have just installed zencart, when I type my url into my brower
I have the following message come up: -

How do I fix this as I would like my future customers to just type in https://www.design21works.com and for my shop to be displayed.

Please help I have looked everywhere.

As you have installed into a directort at

You should relocate ALL of Zen Cart to the root

Index of /

"/" is the root

Move ALL contents of "/design21" to "/" and follow the tutorial

I have tried to do as you said here is a screenshot of my file manager, it is saying permission denied.

Yes, I have filezilla, just after having tried to move design21 to " / " I now have a new problem this is what is coming up now.
