name change... how?

im going through a rebanding on one of my website with a complete name change (as its close to a competitors name) as i need something different

i have purchased the domain name already have created the new logs and change the logos on the site c but what di i need to change so i can use the new domain name???

config files etc??

also my store is in the root of my webhost server which is on my current domian... hwow do i go about changing the domain name on the server?? i will be contacting my host about this as well.

Your host will have to change your account domain name

YEAH MY HOST SAYS JUST TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY WILL CHANGE THE DOMAIN NAME.

i then just need to change the config files to the new domain name and change all reference to the old name throughout the site pages.

You will probably need to run fix_cache_key.php as well. once the configure.php files have been changed.

i had to change all the email options as well

whats the cache fix and how do i run that??
