devastating loss via google checkout

my zen cart just google refunded all orders from the past 2 months resulting in a devastating blow to my business!

i cannot find a phone# for google checkout anywhere. what can i do?

initially it happened when we enter tracking, select google shipped, and click "update." google checkout immediately canceled the order. We found that this has been happening since 2 months ago.

We made some changes attempting to fix the problem. a few hours later when i looked again, all orders have been refunded... this is a horrifying nightmare.

This is a know issue when using Google as a payment option

They approve the transaction and later it is either denied or they allow the purchaser to cancel and usually after the order has been shipped

I would suggest that you do not use it
