Billing info section fields are blank - why?

I will start by saying I am a newbie to this whole zencart software. I have been trying to bring myself up to speed. I have a friend that runs a website for an offroad store and he wants me to update it. He complains he is getting no online orders..well a quick look and i see that when you go to checkout there is no options for a new customer to enter their info.

Also for some reason as you can see by default admin and a password pop up. I have no idea who was taking care of his site but I am redoing all his pages but am as of now lost. I tried to search but am not sure of what I need to be searching for. Thank you for any help.

The admin and password entries are probably coming from your browser.

And you were correct about the auto fill of info..

You've been hacked. The login stuff can be restored by going to Admin - Configuration - My Store and removing all the junk from Store Name.

that explains alot...i was looking at different files and noticed in the header and footer all kinds of stuff about certain male pills and other various products...thanks!!!!!
