Help with Importing products from Excel Spreadsheets...

Anyone have any idea what I need to do with my Excel spreadsheet to prepare it for upload to my Zen Cart? I have really no idea how to do it. I saw it done once, but that was surely not enough to learn it all. Any help will get me going ALOT faster. Thanks!!

You have to install the EZ Populate module that can export and import css files from Zen Cart. WHen you expert the data, you see the structure that is expected for the import of css files. See the Free Software Add on section for the module.

I already have Easy Populate in my cart. I just peeked at my admin tabs and I don't see anything that says export. How do I export what is in the store to see the format? Can I eliminate columns that are not needed when importing or 'which columns are required' would be a better way to ask that? I also noticed that you are talking about css files, sre you meaning csv files? If so, how do I change my Excel spreadsheets into csv?
