possible to cinfigure two prices...?

2 quick questions:

1 - is it possible to configure the cart for an alternate Pricing structure for products, i.e. Retail and Dealers?

2 - is it possible to configure the cart to complete sales without users registering?

Thanks!!

take a look at

There is a checkout without account add-on, but I don't think it's in the free software add-ons section. Search the forum.
